In this notification ICAI clearly stated that there is "No Postponement of CA exam November 2019" In this ICAI also said that on refer ICAI official website (icai.org) for any announcement.
It is not yet clear how these rumors are started. From the past few weeks, students have heard some humor from various sources that the ICAI has changed the exam schedule. ICAI ca students should reorganize their study plan according to the exam dates given by icai. Many of the students not checked the ICAI official website to download the admit card and might missed the actual exam.
It is probable these exam postponement rumors started because ICAI had changed the exam schedule in the May exam 2019. But in May exam are reschedule due to the Lok Sabha elections. In May exams are held from 2nd May to 17th May.
Now the exams will be held according to the previous exam time table schedule which is given in the article. It is expected that ICAI will release the Admit card in the mid of October. For downloading, candidates have to click on the login button on ICAI official website which is (icaiexam.icai.org). Then-candidates have to enter their ID and password in it.
In this candidates have to enter all the details. It contains name, address, roll number, exam, city, medium, registration number, mobile number, center, photograph, signature, and exam day instructions.
